What is BB CLEAN®

BB CLEAN® is made of a material which is obtained by mixing oil and coal with Bio-Ceramic. The Fiber is produced by Acrylonitrile. Acrylic Fiber used in our BB CLEAN® is made of the secondmonomer combined in the air to improve solubility and generate alkaline. Namely, if fabric contains AN (Acrylonitrile :AN)(-CH2-CH{CN}-) more than 85%, we call it “Acrylic Fiber”. If it is under 85% and over 34%, we call it the Modified Acrylic Fiber. We produce the fabric state of the Acrylic tow fiber and Acrylic staple fiber. BB Clean® is made of a mix of 100% Acrylic Fiber and Bio-Ceramic.

How does BB CLEAN® wash?

BB CLEAN® is consisted of tissues in the shapeof minute fibers which can remove anyforeign materialsfrom the skin.
Bio-Ceramic enables reinforced surfactants to clean and to maximize bubbling of soap. Thus it makes lots of bubbles and reduces the the amount of soap for using.
Raw materials have hydrophilic property and oleophilic. There are two characters; one wants to be close to water (hydrophilic property) and another wants to be close to oil(oleophilic). Oleophilic part absorbs dirt and hydrophilic property arranges water. This is how the soap cleans dirt.

How does BB CLEAN® works

BB CLEAN® contains minute fat-chemical fibers made of 100% acrylic tissues. (which is called ‘Liposolubility’)
BB CLEAN® also can remove any foreign materials from the skin. Because of the property of ‘liposolubility’, when washing, oil gets caught between acrylic yarns.

Antibiosis of BB CLEAN®

It can prevent the spread of bacteria as BB Clean Fiber consists of synthetic minerals. The fibrous tissue in BB Clean makes adsorption of bacteria and foreign materials difficult unlike in ordinary towels for bathing. BB Clean has Bio-Ceramic that is most useful in deodorizing and sterilization.
